I don't think he actually designed 1941.

And he's actually probably NOT ALLOWED to talk about it.

Hey David Jensen !
I just “witnessed” your video of opening the box (Axis & Allies 1941 Preview).
Half way through it I turned the volume up full blast (Tchaikovsky never sounded better)… I was fully moved – You managed to rock my world!

Lots of work on your part putting this together.

Thanks Dude!

Larry Harris.

Were you moved enough to talk to us about the game?

Yea the cats out of the bag like 2 weeks now. Can you just call WOTC and get permission. It would benefit so many people to hear the facts straight from the designer.
We really need an Axis and Allies World War one game so i can play that on August 1st, 2014.

Hmmm, thanks for the reply Larry. I'm not David Jensen though. :) Just Dave Weber. Anyways, thank you for the response. I always like to hear from you as your silence on 1941 and 1942 2nd ed. has been deafening up to this point.

Keep up the good work boss.
David Weber :D

I wish they went "retro" on this using the same art as in Milton Bradley edition map.

It's getting old using that same map since AA50 with minor changes.

The new sculpts are for the most part very welcome, except of course for whatever reason, its passed along to all the nations rather than sub back in the older units.

But it is cheaper that way since you buy in bulk all the same molds just different colors..

I really hope these units and the new AA42 units make their way into the reprint of E40 in late 2012, and they fix the Italian tanks ( not Japanese ones)
