Allies forfeit after J11 and the destruction of the american pazific fleet.

Germany/Italy were not at its best, but pulled enough allied resources to make a pazific victory possible (also conquered India to further help Japan)

Check it out if you will. (Low Luck and all changes from your previous post were in place)

The setup has been changed to give the allies a boost. Please consult the first page.

A handful of units given to the russians and chinese, and UK bomber was added.
The French have also been given more units, and 4 boats to help the allies.

Also an airbase in western australia, so that fighters can make it to India in one move, giving the allies a better shot at stopping an India Crush.

Hey oztea,
ANZAC has a minor IC on New Zealand, but according to rules New Zealand is considered as an island, so ANZAC couldn't have any IC on it.

According to the rules, Japan is also an island, and it has an IC on it.

Your response
"but the factory starts there"

Well.....
The factory starts there in 1941. This does not violate the "No ICs on islands rule" because it is part of the setup.
ANZAC needs more placement options, Queensland would have benefited them too much, so it was placed on New Zealand.

If you recall, the OOB original setup for ANZAC had a Minor IC on New Zealand and Major IC on New South Wales.
