One thing you should do is privide the game in at least 12-15 top lanquages
( including Chinese ( probably mandaran).
The box art and all words should be tailored to all nations. How difficult is it to find some people who can read and write a foreign language.. If AH goes cheap ( as they usually do) they could use a internet translator or program to get the job done.
The delux version should be a branching out to the world of this game. Thats why you included Italy so your reaching out to others. Another reason why France may be included so all the would be Napoleons and Ceasers can have a go at it.
I think it should be called
Axis and Allies: Global War
Supreme Commanders Edition

My brother had a crazy (but intriguing) idea:
Make the board so big you need little shuffleboard pushers to move the units!
And include replica hats...
Anyway, kudos to my brother. I hope that didn't just trash my street cred...

I think it would be fun to photoshop larrys face in the game as a british general looking over a situation map. Of course this would be tasteful and not even spoken as a special inside joke for AA folklore. It would add to the box rather than be the standard picture.

My wish to Santa
MAP : Based upon A&A Europe and Pacific maps.
Europe part : The Atlantic must be as in Europe map, with convoy zones. And the mediterranean must be as in Revised, with 3 sea-zones only. The land territories can be as in Revised map, with additional Greece, and neutrals in play. Mountain terrain in Italy, Balkan, Norway, Caucasus, Spain and Turkey and Persia. In mountains all units defend on 3 or less. Also you need to control Turkey if you want to move a fleet to Black Sea.
Pasific map : With convoy zones from A&A E only. Its too complicated with the convoy centras, my 11 year old son keeps messing it up. China must be a little more than the 2 territories in Revised, and both the eastern part of Sovjet, and central China too, must be mountain terrain with move 1 and defend on 3.
As the national advantage is concerned, I want to see all available pieces in use.
NATIONAL ADVANTAGES :
Germany : Blockhouse from D-day , Stuka divebomber in play since me 109 is new fighter piece, and trucks from BotB
USA : Marines from Pacific, trucks from BotB and the new cruiser piece from Guadalcanal
Japan : The new cruiser piece from Guadalcanal
I want a mix of the rules from A&A Europe and Pacific
Fighters do combat air patrol and escort/intercept in SBR
Aircrafts need destroyer to kill subs
12 IPC cash advantage
Japanese Kamikaze-rule in the sea-zones adjacent to Japan
Only battleships do shore-bombard, but not preemptive as in Revised.
NO opening fire or preemptive first shot. Even if hit by the AA-fire, the bombers still drop their bombs, and even if hit by a sub the tranny still defend, and even if hit by a battleship the infantry go to casualty zone and still defend. This is a strategig game, never did 40 subs sink 500 trannies on the same day without loosing some subs of their owm. And never did 300 bombers get shot down from the skyes without dropping a single bomb.
