We've talked about Advanced A&A... Now I'd like to hear your comments on what YOU envision a DELUXE A&A GAME to be. What would it look like.

Probably between $80 and $150. I'm giving such a broad range because you need to trade off between making this really cool and making it marketable. A lot of people think $80 is really expensive for a game, but a lot of people also would pay a lot for a really nice A&A game. I'm not sure you'd want to go past $150, though. I guess I'm not really much help on this issue.

Based on what people are spending on AAM or the new WaS line, the sky is the limit...if it kicks ass, people will buy it.

Plan out some nice stuff to be released in optional expansions. This might include special pieces to be used with addtional national advantages. Or a deck of event cards for a new way to play the game.

$150.00 is the absolute limit ... probably $100.00 (er $99.95)
what did risk 40th edition sell for when it came out?
I think it was $59.99 and that had metals and wooden dice.
I think you can get away with $119.00 but you got to make that two map option.
We really need an Axis and Allies World War one game so i can play that on August 1st, 2014.

I think 150 is the limit as well. Well my own limit. Lower is of course better but good map, good piece count, stylish portable storage, don't need to go get anything outside of the set to have everything for a high turn count game. That isn't out of line.
I don't want to shop for storage for my game pieces, or figure out how to order more Japanese infantry and tanks or rob my other sets for chips. I guess there will always be a "What I need is..." but I have way too many of those with the set now. Not that it isn't quality stuff mind you but...
