Movement into acquired hexes?

My question regards trucks in the reinforcement phase. For example, if I am the Germans, can I bring trucks loaded with cargo into hexes that were acquired in the movement phase. That is, territory across the front line marker, since it has yet to be updated. This is a question that has always bothered me and I wish I could be more specific. Thanks.

Yes, you can. Only terrain, enemy units and zones of control, and enemy-controlled cities affect movement. The front line markers do not.
