I agree with ArmchairGeneral's comment on increasing production capacity, and must disagree with Flashman's somewhat archaic suggestion for restricting usage of captured ICs. The dynamic alternative of Multiple ICs could eliminate the need for such a restriction. The alternative also strikes me as m...

Timescale aside, scenarios such as the Bismark arrive in combat. A damaged unit is nowhere near as efficient as a fully-functional one, depending on the damage. And in strategy, it is wise to seek out to eliminate the damaged units as the other commander's wisdom should allow it to escape. If damage...

Restricting production any more than the existing territory values (0 value islands/places already off-limits) would simply be a bore for possibilities (South African armies are fun). And what about Australia? It's sometimes a strategy to concentrate resources there to make advances upon the Japanes...

It was merely an alternative to running a fleet of ghost ships, lost at sea and never to return to port, a side effect of what Adlertag first mentioned... But your idea, Imperious Leader, seems very functional. Would the final numbers be counted including the ported sea-zone, or movements from it? A...

Regarding Moskva: If D-Day type battles, continuing over several turns without a victory for either side, were enabled (and the fought-over IPC count going to neither side during the fighting), Moskva could evade successful capture by keeping forces in the area to continue fighting the Germans (as t...
