If you build a destroyer where there is an enemy submarine, does the submarine get a chance to move out during its next turn?

It could also mean that the sub fleet size per game unit on the board represents 50% more subs than those players that do not have the super submarine tech.

This 1945 scenario sounds great. I would like to play it out.
Surpremacy had an interesting game mechanic.
The market feature of the game could ruin some players though, and keep them from ever wanting to play supremacy again.

Yes, they would just attack during their own turn, and all defend together.

Ok, can you move units out, like a captured AA gun during the subsequent noncombat phase?
