Re: What's next for A&A?

I'm looking forward to what's coming next, either be that War Room, the CotE reboot or the ACW game. So Wizards is no longer aiming to publish these kind of tabletop games? Will it affect Larry expected sales or the ability to reach the most people possible?

Re: Lack of playing pieces

They sent me additional Japanese tac. bombers for P40 (1st ed.), a missing German sub for E40 (2nd ed.) and an all-round set of pieces for A&A1914, but they refused to send me chips, so I still have more or less the same problem as everybody, but WotC won't further help me because they said "they al...

Re: Lack of playing pieces

Just like we did with A&A P40 and A&A E40. Yes, please. No more buying twice the same game for the same (expensive) price.

Re: What should Larry's American Civil War game be like?

Well it's more like: It happened before and will happen again type of thing. I already told this before. Very sports journalism-like. Tell hundreds of transfers (possible A&A games) each year and, of course, statistically you'll get at least one right and will take full credit for it. Sorry, but it...

Re: Game Components (and a possible sale)

I can help you with A&A Pacific 1940 1st Ed. and A&A Europe 1940 1st Ed. The remaining pieces should go inside A&A 1942 1st Ed. A&A Pacific 1940 1st Japan 40 infantry 6 mech. infantry 12 tanks 12 artillery 8 bombers 6 tac. bombers (OOB, 6 more sent from Wizards if you complained) 16 fighters 8 aircr...

Re: Next axis and allies

There is a popular sports journalism trend (at least in Spain) that consists in giving every day thousands of possible soccer transfers. Then, when any of them becomes real, they take the full credit: "as we said". Of course it happened because they said so. If they give thousands every day, how can...

Re: Lack of playing pieces

I've read @ the Board Game Geek that several people tried to contact WotC and all of them received the same response: the game includes the appropiate pieces (just "appropiate", nothing about "number") for the game to be played, and they won't be sending any extra pieces. That makes me feel even mor...

Re: Lack of playing pieces

I am very disappointed with this. 100$ for nearly 400 pieces, a bag of chips and two fistfuls of tiny dice, and they're not enough for anything. I was already very disappointed with releasing 2nd editions of P40 & E40, but even these two costed 20$ less and they came with up to 600 pieces plus the c...
