Personally I think its ludicrous how many IPCs the Axis can be raided for. They didnt make nearly as much use of merchant shipping as the Allies did especially on the Euro side. Its 10+ page arguments like these that ruin this forum. Neither of you are getting anywhere and its clear that at this point even if someone pulls some amazing piece of evidence out of their ass that it wont matter. For the forums sake please stop this argument.

Just cause its a rarely used ability doesnt mean it should be cut. If you want to discourage players from SBRing further than remove the ability. Its already a move that few players use or account for in their strategies.

For the betterment of the forum and the continued existence of this thread as a place for positive discussion among all forum members can you two agree to disagree? I don't think anyone is proving anything here.
