Larry don't let them get nuetrals. All they have to do is rok a tank throughthe middle east which is empty and they get +9 IPCs, Why should Russia get 9 IPCs for running through undefended territory that is worth nothing to anybody else?

If that gets printed I ain't buying it.

Looks good to me. I submitted that ints and escorts should attack at 2s but now I think 1s is alright.
