Any war that has Europe as a battlefield is very interesting for a boardgame, due to the geographic area. I'll rate the pacific scenario second best. Games that have other battlefields (such as fortress america for example) are not as interesting, cause the flat borders make them a bit boring. I'd b...

I thought, based from ww2 to today, USA's favorite strategy is to bombard cities, stress the civilians so that they grow tired of the war and they dont support it anymore. I'm with Larry about the "keep it simple".
I'm just against 5 sea movements, just 'cause you can attack Constantinople from USA in 1 turn.
What about limiting naval attacks to normal movement, and letting all the navies move 5 only if it's an "NCM-like" move?

I'd be caution about letting your units strategic move through allies territories without restrictions. Some funny things can happen, like a full german assault on India round3.
